Booking terms and Conditions
- We only serve Fort Mcmurray
- We do not accept insurance.
- All treatments must be pre-booked and prepaid
- We only treat clients between the ages of 18-60, minors age 16-17 will need an accompanying adult.
- Our IV usually take 45 - 60 minutes. However some infusions eg NAD+ may run longer.
- Cancellation policy: No refunds or rescheduling appointments that are canceled or changed within 24 hours of appointment time.
- Group booking cancellation policy: No refunds or rescheduling appointments that are canceled or changed within 2 days of appointment time.
- Frequency of therapy if healthy with no medical problems, we suggest every 3-4 weeks
- '2-poke policy': If IV access is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the treatment may be cancelled and a full refund awarded minus $50 of business cost. Client can request a third attempt.
